One of the pathetic place to stay in. The room service was poor and uneducated staff was there. Rooms were not cleaned properly. Nothing was provided apart from the soap. They have a deal with auto and tempo drivers to bring them customers please don't stay here.

It was really pathetic experience with the MJ comfort hotel. Staff were really rude and did wrong commitment of payment and about check in-check out. Receptionist was misbehaving and disrespect of some ladies who came for inquiry about stay. Room was so dirty and pics attached for reference. Please be ensured about each and every thing if you have to stay here, otherwise I suggest you stay away from this place because you will loos your peace of mind.

Nasty Experience - Almost ruined Rishikesh for me

The less is said about this place the better. It is located in a very calm neighbourhood. It was clean and I could see that it was residential. The landmark of this hotel would the Old Bus Stand in Rishikesh. I reached Rishikesh at 4 am in the morning and went to this hotel and took a room till the next day. Please haggle and bargain with the staff. They quote some atrocious rates and then gradually go down. They have ac as well as non-ac rooms. They hand you a soap on your way to the room. I called for towels and then got one - which was wet and seemed used. The room and washrooms are spacious but they were maintained very poorly. They have given new definition to what you expect when you travel on a budget. My room had red stains on the wall and the blankets had a very strong odour to it. There was some misunderstanding as to the check out time and the staff was rude, discourteous and as uncooperative as you can get. I was shocked, appalled and in utter despair to see their mannerisms towards their guests. It was only after talking to the owner that we got some relief. The owner is nice and will help you but just stay away from the staff. I would say stay away from this place unless everything else is booked and you would be roofless unless you stayed here.
